When a circuit, fixture or piece of equipment loses power at your business, we trace the fault and get it repaired so you can get back to work.
A power problem at a business costs money by the hour. A circuit that serves the register, a dead outlet on the production line, or a lighting group that went dark are not the kind of issues you can leave for a weekend. Commercial repair is about finding the fault quickly, fixing it correctly and leaving the system safe.
Commercial wiring differs from residential. Circuits are often shared across areas, panels are larger, and equipment like refrigeration, ovens and compressors draw heavy loads that can trip breakers or overheat connections. Tracing a problem means knowing what is connected to each breaker, which is often undocumented in older buildings, so mapping circuits is part of many repair visits.
We tell you what failed and what the fix is, and we separate the repair that gets you running from any larger recommendation. If we see signs of a bigger issue, such as an overloaded panel, we say so and let you decide when to deal with it, instead of mixing it into the emergency repair.
We quote repairs once we know the cause. These are the factors that move the price.
A problem inside a wall, ceiling or conduit takes more time to reach.
Breakers, contactors, fixtures and wire vary widely in cost.
Work that has to happen outside business hours can be priced differently.
Unlabeled panels and unknown circuits add time to trace.
We serve small commercial properties in Dallas and Terrell and across our service area, including shops, offices and storefronts.
We focus on smaller commercial spaces such as shops, offices, restaurants and workshops. If your facility is large or specialized, describe it and we will tell you if it is a fit.
We repair the electrical supply: circuits, breakers, outlets and fixtures. If the fault turns out to be inside a piece of equipment, such as a refrigerator compressor, you would need that equipment's service technician.
Tell us. Some repairs fall to the landlord and some to the tenant, depending on your lease. We can explain what we found in a way you can share with the property manager.
Usually only the affected circuit. We isolate what we can and keep the rest running, though some repairs at the main panel require a wider outage that we plan with you.
Simple repairs often do not, but replacing panels or adding circuits commonly does. We will tell you what applies after we see the work.
